The original backpacking novel. After the death of her mother, Tansy ends up travelling through Asia without really meaning to. She hates it at first: she is in no mood to have fun, and besides, she’s missing her life back home.

Not only that, but she is obnoxious and selfish and she drinks too much. However, she is determined not to give in, give up or go home.
